If you don’t believe in an intelligent and caring Universe that loves you, how do you see the Universe or Life?

You either know and act like we live in a benevolent universe or you don’t. What’s the alternative belief here that Life is uncaring or evil? Or worse, do you see Life as unintelligent and random? What if you could come to believe that the Universe has your back?

If you haven’t pondered this big question, I’m inviting you to do so. Reflect on all the wisdom you’ve gained via hindsight. Ponder all the choices that you more clearly saw after an unsettling experience. Weren’t those same choices available in foresight?

What if you could come to believe that every unsettling life experience came to you in order to get your attention? That would be some wonderful life wouldn’t it?

What might shift if you began to trust life no matter what happens? Trust it to bring you the exact experiences you need in order to break free from the old stories you’ve always told.

Furthermore what if you were free of all those stories as well as the suffering that went with them?

Might you then see each uncomfortable experience as happening for you instead of to you?

Give it a try for just a week and see if you don’t feel lighter and more expansive. I’ll be writing about this in more detail next Tuesday but until then begin to embrace everything that our compassionate Life presents.

In fact why not be grateful for all of it, the good, the bad and the ugly? It’s come for you to bless your discernment.

Wake up my friend, it really is all good. The Universe loves you and always has your back. Trust that and watch your life change.
